Can I dictate notes in English?
Yes — voice dictation works in English. Speak naturally, the way you'd describe the session to a colleague, and the system understands the clinical context and lays it out in whichever format you've chosen.
What happens to my notes if I cancel my subscription?
Your data is yours — always. Once your subscription ends, you can export your entire record. We don't lock you out of client histories or delete anything without your explicit consent.
Can my client see my clinical notes?
No. SOAP notes and other clinical documents are visible only to you. Your client only sees what you choose to share with them — a safety plan, say, or between-session materials.
Is this safe for sensitive material from therapy sessions?
