For psychiatrists

Documentation that keeps up with you.

EMOTIS for psychiatrists: patient charts, rating scales (PHQ-9, GAD-7, PCL-5), SOAP notes, a safety plan, and encrypted documentation that meets GDPR.

✦ What you get

Everything you need,
in one place.

Notes that write themselves

Dictate after the session and EMOTIS lays the text out as SOAP, DAP, or BIRP. You stop losing time to rewriting — and gain it back for the next patient.

Only you see what happened in the room

AES-256-GCM encryption means nobody but you — no administrator, no server — can access what you write down.

PHQ-9 and PCL-5 ready before the visit

The patient fills out the questionnaires on their phone before they arrive. You walk into the appointment with results, not a blank page.

A safety plan always within reach

The Stanley-Brown protocol lives right in the patient portal — no app to install, no login. Just a link in a text message. Your patient can reach it exactly when they need it most.

Documentation that doesn't eat your evenings

You know the feeling — the session ended fifteen minutes ago and you're still sitting there, trying to reconstruct what the patient said. EMOTIS changes that rhythm. You record a short voice note right after the session, and the system lays it out as SOAP, DAP, or BIRP. The whole thing takes minutes, not hours. What's left is more room for what actually matters.

Rating scales without paper or scanning

PHQ-9, GAD-7, PCL-5 — the patient gets a link by text before the appointment and fills it out on their own phone. The results are waiting for you before they even walk into the room. Nothing to hand out, nothing to collect, no scoring by hand. You have the full clinical picture from the first minute of the visit.

Patient data, safe and in Europe

Every clinical note is encrypted with a key nobody but you can access. The servers sit in Frankfurt — not a single byte leaves the European Union. This isn't a technical detail; it's a matter of your patient's trust. EMOTIS treats it accordingly.

Try it for 14 days, no strings attached

We don't ask for a credit card. You create an account, bring your patients over, and work the way you already do — just with less friction. After 14 days, you decide for yourself whether it's a tool worth keeping. The Solo plan is €39 a month and includes everything — no limits, no surprises.

Questions & answers

Got questions? We've got answers.

Are my notes genuinely private? As a psychiatrist, I have particular requirements around confidentiality.

Yes. Every clinical note is encrypted with AES-256-GCM before it ever reaches the server. The encryption key is tied to your account — even the EMOTIS team has no technical way to read the content of your sessions. This isn't a marketing claim, it's how the system is built.

Does the patient need to install an app to use the portal?

No. The patient receives a text or an email with a link and opens the portal in their phone's browser. No installation, no login, nothing to explain about downloading anything. In practice, that means patients actually use it.

Can I run EMOTIS alongside my current system for a while?

Of course. That's exactly what the 14-day trial is for — testing EMOTIS under real conditions, without pressure. You can keep documenting in parallel and decide only once you're confident it works the way you need it to.

Is my patient data stored within the EU?

Data is stored on Cloudflare servers in Frankfurt, Germany. The entire infrastructure sits within the European Union and is subject to GDPR. There is no transfer of data outside the EU.

What happens to my data if I decide to cancel?

Your data belongs to you. On request, you can export your complete documentation. Once an account is closed, data is deleted according to the schedule set out in the privacy policy — we don't sell it and we don't keep it around without reason.
