Does the client need to create an account to fill out a test?
No — the client gets a one-time link by text or email and fills out the questionnaire in a browser, no registration and nothing to install. A phone or a computer is enough.
Which tests are available?
Currently PHQ-9 (depression), GAD-7 (anxiety), and PCL-5 (PTSD). If you work with the EMDR protocol, you also have SUDs and VOC scales. The list is growing — you can request the questionnaires you need.
Do results land in the client chart automatically?
Yes. Once the client submits the form, the results appear in their chart on your side — no retyping, no importing files. You see them before the session, and the score history builds itself.
Is this safe and GDPR-compliant?
Data is encrypted with AES-256-GCM, stored exclusively on EU servers (Frankfurt), and fully covered by GDPR documentation. No system administrator has access to test content or notes.
