FOR EVERYDAY MOMENTS

Keep a moment. Make time for yourself.

Today, you might need a pause. Tomorrow, a place for your thoughts. In The Haven, you choose what feels right for you now and return whenever you want.

A place for your thoughts.

Sometimes a few words are a place to start. Your private journal, moments and conversation notes make room for what you want to keep. You can revisit them whenever you feel ready.

A small step. Your choice.

Your own idea can begin with one simple thing. Write down a small step, return to it when the time feels right and mark what you have done.

Room for what matters.

A worry journal, thought tools and a values compass give you ways to explore what is on your mind. Questions about needs and relationships leave room for your own answers.

A moment to check in with yourself.

Give yourself a moment to look back over the past two weeks. Four optional questions let you keep your answers and revisit them in your private wellbeing history.

Share what you choose.

What matters to you can have a place in a conversation, too. Choose entries and a date range for a PDF report to bring to a meeting, or keep a copy as PDF, CSV or JSON. You decide what to share and with whom.

Support within reach.

When you need support, useful contacts can be good to have close by. You can create a personal safety plan and find support information for a country you select. You choose whom to contact.

NEW IN VERSION 1.6.0

More room for your everyday moments.

An easier return to your favourite tools. More room for your history. Small changes that let you use the app in a way that feels more like you.

Your space. Even more your own.

What you use most can be closer at hand. Scroll smoothly through tiles and rearrange them with a hold of about a second. Subtle animations and confirmation when you save a mood give the app a calm rhythm. Reduce Motion is available in settings.

Your records in a wider view.

Sometimes a wider view of your records can be helpful. Views over 7, 30 and 90 days bring together mood, exercises, emotions and small steps. Your wellbeing answers have a history of their own.

Keep what matters to you.

After an exercise, you can keep a result, even without a note, and revisit it later. If you want to add clarity, you can edit your wellbeing answers and choose which ones to export.

Your thoughts. Your privacy.

You decide what to keep and whom to show it to. Your personal entries are encrypted on your device, and core tools work offline without an account. You can delete or export your entries whenever you choose.

For you. For everyday life.

When you want to notice your emotions, keep a thought or make time for a pause. You can begin with one mood entry or a short exercise and choose as much as you have room for today.

The Haven supports self-help. It does not provide diagnosis, therapy or safety monitoring, and does not replace contact with a professional.
